Our furniture is directly from our own factories in Malaysia.

• Do you have a showroom?
Yes, we do! In fact, we have two. You are more than welcome to visit our showrooms and feel the product in real! The locations respectively:

• What currency are you using?
All prices displayed and trading are in SGD Currency.

• How do I make my payment?
Payment methods available with King Furnishing: Credit Card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), Cheque, Bank Transfer and PayPal. All payments are charged in SGD. Goods will only be dispatched when the full payment has been received by King Furnishing.

• Can I have my order confirmation or invoice resent?
Please drop us an email with subject “Resend (Order confirmation/invoice)” at admin@kingfurnishing.com.sg

• Do you provide assemble service?
Yes, we do provide assemble service for FREE to ensure your quality shopping experience with us!

• Can I self-collect the furniture?
Yes, you can collect your furniture at our showroom (address as below) with prior booking. Add on a remark in your order form or via email admin@kingfurnishing.com.sg

• Can I customize my furniture using my preference materials?
Yes! Customization is available with King Furnishing! You can choose from the wide range of options from the website, email us to further discuss on the customization, or, you are more than welcome to visit our showroom to see them in real and talk to our professional staffs!

We also have a wide range of faux leather options opening up to you. Quality assured and we believe there must be one of out so many which fits your requirement!

Please note that customized goods are made exquisitely for you. Therefore we do not accept cancellation or return of these items.

• Can I customize the length and size of the furniture?
Yes the length and size are customizable according to your space availability and your preference! Of course, if you are not certain about what size or length will be suitable for your furniture, our professional crew is always ready for the discussion! Drop us an email or drop by our showroom for further communication. Contact us

• How will my order be delivered?
Your furniture is professionally handled by our specialist delivery partner to be delivered safely. Once your order is confirm, we will inform you to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery!

• How much does delivery cost?
Our delivery charges are intended to cover the processing of your order, handling and packing the products, and finally delivering them to you. For orders above $300, delivery will be free.

If you would like your items to be separated into multiple delivery trips, additional delivery fee applies when items for each trip is less than $300 in value.

• Do you deliver on Weekends?
Delivery is available on Saturdays but not Sunday.

• Can I choose the delivery date?
We are sorry that we can’t do delivery upon specified date. You will be informed about the date of delivery after your payment is received.

• Can I reschedule the delivery date if I won’t be able to receive the good on specified date?
Our carrier may reschedule the delivery. Earlier inform about the absent is highly appreciated. Customers may reschedule the delivery 72 hours before the delivery date subjected to availability of next delivery slot. For rescheduling of delivery within 72 hours of agreed delivery, King Furnishing will charge a restocking fee of 10% for orders valued below S$500, or cap at S$100 for orders valued equivalent or above S$500.

Return Policy
• What should I do if I received a defect product
Please email us at admin@kingfurnishing.com.sgand describe the fault with photos or video showing the damage. We will response to your claim within 3 business days.

• Can I return the product if I am unhappy with it after I received it?
At King Furnishing, we make every effort to ensure our customers are completely happy with their purchase so we can avoid returns altogether. In the event you are unhappy with your purchase, any King Furnishing regularly stocked item purchased at regular price may be returned or refund within 30 days from the delivery date.

All products are eligible to the return policy except the following items:
• Customized products
• Products that require on-site assembly
• Modular Wardrobes
• Bedroom sets
• Mattress
• Special order and clearance items

Please take note that products that are not in new and unopened condition, have been removed from their original packaging, used, stained, torn, washed, discolored, dented, damaged or with traces odors are not eligible for refund.

• How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel or change your order, please notify us within 48 hours after the transaction is completed by contacting us with your order number at admin@kingfurnishing.com.sg
Please note that all customize items cannot be cancelled.

• Is the product I have purchased covered by a warranty?
Each product is covered by different warranty. You can check on the warranty details available on each product page. The warranty period commences from the date that goods are received.

• How to claim my warranty?
Kindly email us at admin@kingfurnishing.com.sg and describe the fault with photos or video showing the damage. We will response to your claim within 3 business days.
