Your furniture is professionally handled by our specialist delivery partner to be delivered safely. Once your order is confirmed, we will inform you to arrange a suitable time for receiving your delivery!
Below are our delivery slots from Monday to Saturday:
• 10am – 1pm
• 1pm – 4pm
• 4pm – 6pm
Don’t forget to check your items before placing order, to make sure they will fit through doors, staircases and lifts in their packaging. You can always check the product dimensions from our website, which they are clearly stated in the product description.
STANDARD DELIVERY CHARGES
Standard delivering fees cover the processing of your order, handling and packing the products, and finally delivering them to you. If your order does not qualify for “Free Delivery”, delivery fees imposed depending on the products in cart.
MULTIPLE DELIVERIES FOR ONE ORDER
Should your items to be separated into multiple delivery trips, additional delivery fee applies for the fuel and porter.
INCORRECT DELIVERY ADDRESS
All undelivered orders will be returned to our distribution centre and restocked. To reschedule for a delivery to the correct delivery address, we will contact you to arrange for the next available delivery with a re-delivering fee of S$30.
RESCHEDULING OF DELIVERY
Customers may reschedule the delivery 72 hours before the delivery date subjected to availability of next delivery slot. For rescheduling of delivery within 72 hours of agreed delivery, King Furnishing will charge a restocking fee of 10% for orders valued below S$500, or cap at S$100 for orders valued equivalent or above S$500.
NOT PRESENT TO RECEIVE DELIVERY
Customers will get a notification via call on the day or before the day of delivery to confirm the time. If you are unable to take delivery, you may inform when you receive the call to reschedule the delivery. If customers absent to receive the items, our logistics team will reschedule the delivery with a re-delivering fee of S$30.
1. Recipients should inspect the item(s) and the surroundings carefully. Any damage(s) detected should be immediately reported to the carrier and noted on the delivery copy, before our carrier leaves the premise. An email to email@example.com is also required, with the description of the fault, best with photos or video showing the damage. We will response to your claim within 3 business days.
2. In the case of recipient did not inspect the items or surroundings upon delivery and accepted the condition as is, any defect findings after the delivery is completed will not be entertained.
UNABLE TO ACCESS THE INTENDED AREAS
Please kindly check the measurements to ensure your items will fit in the intended areas. You are responsible to make sure the accessibility for the delivery. If the access becomes hazardous, in which items are exposed to possibility of damage or causes damages onto the surrounding, we reserve the right to cancel the delivery. All items to be returned to us shall be restocked and refunded, at supposed delivery and restocking fee. If we are requested to proceed with the delivery in a non-hazardous condition, additional charges per item will be applied:
a) For non lift-accessible storey: S$10 per item per subsequent storey will be charged. This applies to stairs within landed properties and HDB maisonette as well.
DELAYED DELIVERY DUE TO UNFORESEEN SITUATIONS
a) Unforeseen situations may delay the shipment, King Furnishing reserves the right to reschedule the delivery, subjected to availability of next delivery slot.
b) The delivery time frame is only tentative. You will be advised an estimated delivery time frame but cannot be guaranteed.
c) You acknowledge that you will, at no point in time, hold King Furnishing Pte. Ltd. Liable for any inconvenience, losses, damages, injury, charges, expenses and/or deaths that may arise from any delayed, postponed, incomplete or fulfilled deliveries, to the extent permitted by Law.
King Furnishing will provide free storage up to 6 months from the day you purchase the items.
